In 2017, Cindy McGrath embarked on a journey of marketing communications consulting after an 18-year tenure as the Communications Director at the Massachusetts Group Insurance Commission. Her consulting services catered primarily to benefits brokers, healthcare organizations, and educational institutions. As her expertise grew, in 2022, Cindy established Strategic MarCom, a dedicated platform aimed at helping organizations effectively connect with both their employees and customers.
